We're a fast-moving production company working with top-tier brands and agencies on high-impact content — drone shows, projections, event recaps, social campaigns, and more. We're looking for a talented, reliable Video Editor to join our team full-time.
This is an exclusive role. You will not take on other clients while working with us.
What You'll Be Doing
- Editing video content for social media, paid ads, and brand campaigns
- Delivering fast, clean cuts under tight deadlines — sometimes same-day
- Being on-call on delivery days to make real-time corrections and revisions
- Working on a variety of content types: event recaps, drone show edits, reels, cutdowns
- Collaborating closely with our production and creative team
What We Need From You
- Proven experience in video editing (commercial, social, or branded content)
- Available to work on US hours, full-time
- On-call availability on delivery days — when we need a fix, we need it fast
- Good written and spoken English — most of our clients are based in the US and clear communication is essential
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual quality
- Experience or strong interest in AI tools for animation and motion (e.g., Runway, Kling, After Effects AI workflows)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to our style and standards
- A portfolio with strong, real examples of past work — this is required to be considered
Nice to Have
- Experience editing drone show or event content
- Motion graphics or light VFX skills
- Familiarity with delivery specs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid platforms
