What You’ll Do:
- Be the main point of contact for your clients
- Keep projects moving and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Turn client requests into clear tasks for the team
- Follow up consistently and stay on top of deadlines
- Communicate updates clearly
- Catch issues early and fix them
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in account management or similar role
- Agency or digital marketing experience (SEO, PPC, and web dev)
- Proactive with strong communication skills
- You’re organized and good at managing multiple things at once
- You care about doing things right, not just getting them done
