Regional Sales and Marketing Specialist (Mexico)
Company Overview: We are a leading machinery manufacturer based in Turkey, seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to represent our brands, Edda Makine and Bronse, in the Mexican market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the region.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, etc.), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish (native or near-native level) is mandatory. Fluency in English is highly preferred to facilitate coordination with our headquarters in Turkey.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development, specifically within the machinery manufacturing, industrial equipment, or packaging machinery sectors.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Mexican local market, commercial dynamics, and regional business culture.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical specifications of machinery and effectively communicate technical solutions to potential clients.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a result-oriented mindset and a professional representative presence.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Mexico and a valid driver’s license are required.
- Organization: Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible work schedule and maintain disciplined reporting to the headquarters.
- Residency: Must be currently residing in Mexico or possess a valid work permit for the region.
Job Description:
- Executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for Edda Makine and Bronse in the Mexican market.
- Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Conducting client visits to analyze needs and present appropriate machinery solutions.
- Managing the entire sales process, including preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating after-sales support.
- Representing the brands at regional trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Providing regular market analysis and sales activity reports to the headquarters in Turkey.
