Real Estate Investment Firm | Onsite
We’re partnering with a highly regarded real estate investment firm to hire an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a Director. This is a visible, high-trust role for someone who is both polished and proactive… someone who brings calm, structure, and sharp judgment to a fast-moving environment. This role also serves as office manager of the LA/Santa Monica location, which is under ten people.
The Opportunity
This is not a task-based role. It’s a partnership.
You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving… protecting time, anticipating needs, and ensuring the Director operates at their highest level. You’ll sit close to the work… exposure to deals, investors, and the inner workings of a sophisticated real estate platform.
What You’ll Do
- Own a complex, ever-evolving calendar with precision and judgment
- Coordinate across internal teams, investors, and external partners
- Prepare thoughtful, polished materials… presentations, reports, and meeting prep
- Draft and manage communication with clarity and discretion
- Serve as a true gatekeeper… and a trusted sounding board
- Oversee light office operations to keep the environment running seamlessly
- Step into ad hoc projects tied to acquisitions, development, and firm initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in finance or investment environments
- (real estate investment, development, commercial real estate, or venture capital preferred)
- Experience supporting senior leaders… you understand pace, expectations, and nuance
- Strong business instinct… you “get it” quickly and think a few steps ahead
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quietly on top of everything
- Polished communicator… confident, clear, and professional
- Discreet, dependable, and naturally accountable

Compensation
- Base salary: $110,000 – $125,000
