About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective learning experiences. This role focuses on the development of high-quality e-learning content and training materials that support business goals and enhance learner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, training materials, and digital learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Create instructional assets such as presentations, job aids, and multimedia content.
- Ensure all learning materials are aligned with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Continuously improve training content based on feedback and performance data.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Proficiency in tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning authoring tools (required).
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Experience creating digital learning content for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliance.
- Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
