Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Creative Lead / Senior Graphic Designer to lead art direction while actively executing high-quality design work across multiple channels.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives balancing strategic creative leadership with hands-on production, dedicating most of their time to designing assets while guiding overall brand direction.
You will play a key role in delivering visually compelling assets for paid media campaigns, product design, presentations, and large-scale experiential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Design Execution
- Produce a high volume of visual assets, with a strong focus (~90%) on paid ad creatives
- Design marketing collateral including flyers, booklets, trifolds, and mailers
- Execute product design projects (packaging, boxes, etchings, sub-brands)
- Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and performance goals
Deck Creation & Presentation Design
- Own the design and formatting of client-facing and internal presentations
- Build polished, high-impact decks primarily using PowerPoint
- Translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling narratives
Creative Strategy & Direction
- Act as creative lead for campaigns, contributing ideas, concepts, and visual direction
- Review and provide feedback to internal and external designers
- Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all deliverables
Event & Experiential Design
- Design large-scale assets such as LED screen visuals, stadium and stage graphics, and jumbotron content
- Deliver visually striking assets for high-visibility environments
Web Design & Collaboration
- Use Figma to support website and UX/UI design projects
- Collaborate with motion and marketing teams for cohesive execution
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to enhance creative workflows
Qualifications
Experience & Technical Skills
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (3+ for exceptional candidates)
- Previous agency experience strongly preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is mandatory)
- Strong experience with Figma (UX/UI design) and PowerPoint (presentation design)
