This is a fully remote training role with direct impact on team performance and company revenue. You will be responsible for building and running our sales training program from onboarding new Energy Consultants to running live role-plays, refining the pitch, and housing everything inside our learning management system.
This is not a passive role. We need someone who is hands-on, technically capable, and obsessed with making reps better. Your success is measured by one thing: how fast new consultants ramp and how consistently they close.
Requirements
- Build and maintain the full sales training curriculum inside Kajabi (or equivalent LMS)
- Onboard new Energy Consultants and get them producing as fast as possible
- Run live virtual role-plays intensive, realistic, and focused on in-home closing scenarios
- Review call recordings, appointment outcomes, and identify skill gaps by rep
- Work directly with sales leadership to align training with real field performance
- Continuously update and improve training material as the product, market, and process evolve
- Track rep ramp time and training completion as measurable KPIs
What you must have
These are not preferences they are requirements. If you don't have all three, this role is not the right fit.
- Proven experience training in-home or outside field sales reps — you know what it takes to close in someone's living room
- You have built sales training curriculum from scratch — not just delivered someone else's material
- Hands-on experience with Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, or a comparable LMS platform
