We are looking for a proactive Customer Service & Outreach Representative to support a growing healthcare initiative.
This role involves outbound calls, customer interaction, and lead qualification in a fast-paced, startup-style environment. You will help connect with businesses, introduce services, and support outreach efforts as the project grows.
This is an independent contractor role (service-based agreement, no benefits).
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to restaurants and businesses
- Introduce services and answer basic questions
- Identify decision-makers and potential interest
- Maintain and update lead data in spreadsheets
- Track call outcomes and follow-ups
Benefits
- Part-time: 20–25 hours per week
- Schedule: approx. 3/4 PM – 9/10 PM EST, 4–5 days/week (Saturday required)

Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- Outbound calling or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone
- Organized and adaptable
- Good English level
