The business operates multiple offers: a community offer, a mid-tier credit and funding program, and a high-level $25K mastermind that teaches coaches how to scale. The growth partnership arm is the new venture, and this will be the focus of this role.
It brings on selected clients (initially from the mastermind) and provides full operational and campaign fulfillment. The model charges a $5K–$10K upfront build-out fee plus a revenue split on net backend revenue.
Campaigns typically include 3-day and 5-day challenges, webinars, and VSL funnels selling programs priced at $5K–$20K. The pod will start with 2 beta clients and scale to 4–6.
As the agency onboards clients and runs campaigns, inbound leads will need to be handled by closers and setters. This role manages that sales team, ensuring leads are followed up on, calls are booked and closed, and performance is tracked.
The ideal candidate brings a data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of what moves the needle in high-ticket sales.
You will be managing around 4–6 offers and teams at the same time.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a team of closers and appointment setters
- Monitor lead flow from campaigns and ensure timely follow-up
- Track close rates, show rates, conversion metrics, and overall campaign performance using GHL and Hyros
- Coach and train sales reps on scripts, objection handling, and offer positioning (training will be provided but prior experience is required)
- Coordinate with the funnel builder and copywriter to align messaging with the sales process
- Lead split tests and conversion rate optimization efforts
- Set up and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) for organization, pipeline management, and follow-up automation across all sales teams
- Oversee and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across clients
Must-Haves
- Experience managing a remote sales team (closers/setters)
- Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL), including tracking, data reporting, pipeline setup, and follow-up automation
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a coaching, digital product, or agency environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to hold reps accountable
- Preference: Experience leading teams for coaching/consulting offers
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales management
- Strong CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) skills
