Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Over 5 years of accounting experience
- Extensive expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and General Ledger systems
- Proficient in Excel, O365, and QuickBooks
- Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a collaborative remote team setting
- Exceptional attention to detail and self-motivation
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday, Asana)
- Controller-level experience for small to mid-sized companies or non-profits
- Familiarity with non-profit and restricted funds accounting and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably working with multiple clients or within client services
Other Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Comfort in remote working conditions
- Participation in audits and financial reviews as needed
- Adaptability to accomplish custom projects and maintain client-specific documentation
