In this role, you’ll work directly with entrepreneurs and small to mid-sized businesses—providing high-quality accounting support while acting as a trusted advisor to your clients.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger activity
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and maintain quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or an accounting firm environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
