Remote Customer Service Specialists to join a growing support team assisting customers across the United States.

Location Requirement

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide timely and professional issue resolution
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Identify recurring concerns and escalate when required
- Maintain a positive and solution-focused customer experience
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
These responsibilities reflect core customer support expectations such as tracking customer input and contributing to service quality improvements.
Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Rotational shifts aligned with US business hours
- Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Technical Requirements
- Windows computer or laptop is required (Mac devices are not permitted)
- High-speed stable internet connection (preferably wired) suitable for voice support
- Ability to use multiple systems and browser tabs
- Quiet workspace suitable for professional calls
- Basic computer skills, including email and web platforms
- USB or wired headset with a mic
- Webcam available for training and meetings
- Previous remote work experience
- Backup internet or contingency plan
- Min 12 GB RAM - 16 GB RAM
- Windows 11
- Office 365 (MS Teams)
Compensation
- $15 per hour (USD)
