IMAGE Skincare is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager who is dynamic and passionate. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of major product marketing projects by performing the following duties. The individual will oversee and manage the complete life cycle of major product marketing projects.
This position reports directly to our VP of Marketing and will be an integral part of our marketing leadership team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Creates, tracks, and implements project plans and timelines for marketing campaigns.
- Works with the VP of Marketing to understand and meet the needs of customers for campaign launches.
- Attends customer implementation meetings to document, track, and deliver action items.
- Drives implementation of creative assets for customer deployments.
- Coordinates campaign details outside of email operations, such as purchasing incentives, organizing raffles, coordinating employer competitions.
- Manages implementation of collateral and mailings, including coordination with the printer, the mailing house, and postage.
- Takes the initiative to identify and improve team pain points, researching and introducing tools to help the marketing team operate more efficiently.
- Creates and implements systems and processes for more seamless, efficient, and error-proof team operations.
- Connects all the different parts of the marketing organization to ensure all are on the same page.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or equivalent experience.
- At least two (2) years of project management experience in marketing, advertising, design, and e-mail campaigns.
- Knowledge of the five performance domains related to project management.
- Knowledge and experience delivering email campaigns via Marketing Cloud/Salesforce.
- Knowledge of project management areas as they relate to Marketing.
- Knowledge of project management software.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Knowledge of advertising agency, design firms and design production suppliers’ employee resources and processes.
- Knowledge of the marketing department workflow processes and project lifecycles.
- Knowledge of digital, printing, and distribution processes.
- Astute attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to recognize potential problems and solve them as they arise.

·Working conditions
· This role is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, at the company’s corporate office in Lantana, FL.
· Work is performed in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative office environment with daily interaction across Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Sales, Education, and Operations.
· Frequent use of computers, project management platforms, digital communication tools, and shared drives to manage timelines, briefs, assets, and cross‑functional workflows.
· Regular movement between office areas, conference rooms, and content‑review spaces for meetings, project reviews, and team collaboration.
· Occasionally early mornings, evenings, or weekend support may be required during product launches, campaign deadlines, events, or time‑sensitive marketing initiatives.
· Work involves handling confidential brand information, product launch details, and strategic plans; strict adherence to confidentiality and brand standards is required.
· Requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Physical requirements
· Ability to remain seated or stand at a workstation for extended periods while reviewing assets, managing timelines, or coordinating project deliverables.
· Frequent movement throughout the office to attend meetings, gather materials, or collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
· Ability to lift, carry, or move items up to 20 lbs., including marketing samples, product boxes, collateral, or presentation materials.
· Manual dexterity for operating computers, mobile devices, and standard office equipment.
· Visual acuity required for reviewing creative assets, proofs, digital content, and ensuring brand quality standards.
· Clear verbal communication for in‑person collaboration, project briefings, and participation in team and leadership meetings.
