Veterinary Customer Service Representatives based in
Belize.
This role focuses on supporting pet parents through high-quality customer service, appointment scheduling, and preventative care communication. The Veterinary CSR will act as one of the first points of contact for clients and play a key role in ensuring a positive, compassionate experience.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with pet owners
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups
- Provide basic information on preventative care services
- Communicate calmly and professionally with clients in emotional situations
- Follow structured workflows and internal processes
- Maintain a consistent, empathetic customer experience
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear, neutral English pronunciation
- Ability to speak confidently and empathetically with pet owners
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home work environment
- Ability to follow structured workflows while maintaining an empathetic tone
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Must be based in Belize
Nice to Have
Previous Experience In
- Veterinary clinics or animal care environments
- Medical or healthcare scheduling roles
- Call center or customer support roles handling sensitive topics
- Personal experience as a pet owner (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems or CRM tools
