Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive
Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to our
Chief Growth Officer and
two Executive Vice Presidents within
Business Client Services (BCS). This role supports leaders who represent the
business development and growth function and requires strong judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic executive environment.
The ideal candidate brings a
growth mindset, enjoys learning new tools and systems, and can operate confidently while supporting multiple senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide high‑level administrative and coordination support to the CGO and two EVPs.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure executives are prepared with agendas, materials, and pre‑reads.
- Track follow‑ups and support completion of high‑priority action items.
Communication & Systems Support
- Prepare and format bi‑weekly company‑wide communications in partnership with leadership.
- Draft internal updates, executive communications, and operational notes as needed.
- Support leaders across internal tools and systems to help unblock priorities.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
Travel & Expense Coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience.
- Direct experience supporting C‑suite or senior executive leaders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Apple Keynote.
- Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously.
