- Responding to requests for appointments that come through our website or social media ads
- Interface with our sales team
- Maintain our sales follow-up dashboard
- Maintain our review management process
- Interface with our technicians to receive their before and after pictures of work completed and then provide to our digital marketing team
- Interface with our operations manager
- Interface and provide administrative support for business owner
