Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Operations & Marketing Support)

Key Responsibilities
1. General Business Administration
- Timekeeping & Reporting: Manage and audit employee time logs to ensure accuracy for payroll and project tracking.
- Process Documentation: Help draft, refine, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure team consistency.
- Template Management: Create and update standardized templates for contracts, memos, and internal reports.
- Ad Hoc Support: Tackle various administrative tasks as assigned by leadership to support company growth.
2. Marketing & Brand Support
- Collateral Assistance: Help update and format marketing materials (one-pagers, slide decks, and brochures) to ensure they meet brand standards.
- Digital Organization: Maintain our digital asset library, ensuring the latest logos, photos, and templates are easily accessible.
- Social Media Coordination: Assist with scheduling posts or basic content formatting as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Software Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Experience with Canva or Adobe Express is a significant plus.
- The "Editor’s Eye": Exceptional attention to detail—you’re the person who catches the double space or the broken link before it goes out.
- Organizational Prowess: Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can explain a process clearly to others.
