Job Title: Implementation Services Analyst
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $33/hr.
Location: Fully Remote (Based in Tampa, FL)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Services Analyst to support pension administration system implementations and migrations. This role requires a strong understanding of pension processes, system testing, and project coordination, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pension administration processes, including manual pension calculations, processing election forms, and loading pension data into systems.
- Develop clear and detailed requirements for system programmers to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
- Participate in system implementation projects, ensuring alignment between deliverables and overall project goals.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans, including identifying edge cases and developing test scenarios based on both existing and missing data.
- Support system migration projects, assisting with planning, coordination, and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in pension administration (non-call center, non-actuarial).
- Experience with system implementations and writing functional/technical requirements.
- Strong system testing experience, including test plan creation and test case development.
- Experience supporting or leading system migration projects.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to ask effective questions and quickly learn new processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Use of computers and technology.
