Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve product and technical issues for clients and support staff.
Assess the severity of inquiries and determine appropriate resolution paths.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone or email.
Record and manage all client interactions and issues within Salesforce CRM.
Escalate complex problems to specialized technical and product teams with comprehensive information.
Technical Support Specialist Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, support, or SaaS industries.
Strong skills in prioritization, planning, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to remain calm and receptive with frustrated customers, demonstrating high emotional intelligence.
Flexibility to accommodate various shifts and manage unforeseen situations effectively.
