E&R Assistant to the CEO & Sales

Summary:

Eve & Roque (a division of Elite Luxury Homes) is seeking an assistant for the CEO to join our dynamic team. This position is a unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of a tech-forward, luxury-driven business that operates at the intersection of real estate, film and events.
Ideal Candidate
· Experience managing multiple and complex projects and to-do lists, and working with tracking systems is a plus
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Able to manage multiple priorities and shift between tasks quickly
· Proactive and comfortable operating with minimal oversight
· Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly
· Experience with CRM systems and project management tools preferred
· Interest in real estate and luxury hospitality is a plus
· Based in Los Angeles with strong knowledge of the city
· Can work from home and will need to be on job sites across the city
Core Responsibilities
1. Client & Homeowner Communication (≈ 50%)
· Take ownership of a designated portion of the day managing inbound communication (emails, inquiries, etc.)
· Serve as the primary point of contact during that window, ensuring timely and professional responses
· Communicate with clients and homeowners on logistics, questions, and coordination (including on-site details)
· Support ongoing sales conversations, inquiries, and processes
· Coordinate and schedule property showings
· Assist with general sales activities and overall client experience
2. Property Curation & Client Proposals (≈ 15%)
· Learn and maintain a strong understanding of property inventory
· Pull and curate lists of properties tailored to client requests
· Create and deliver client-facing proposals
· Collaborate with the team to refine selections
3. Sales Tracking Assistance (≈ 10%)
· Track deals and maintain an up-to-date CRM system
· Monitor deal stages and ensure accurate progression
· Support the sales process through booking completion
· Assist with logistics tied to bookings and showings
4. Technology & Project Management (≈ 15%)
· Assist in managing internal tech and automation projects
· Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables across systems
· Organize and maintain project workflows and documentation
5. Data, To-Do & Administrative Management (≈ 10%)
· Maintain and update property data and internal records
· Ensure accuracy and cleanliness across systems
· Manage and organize to-do lists and priorities across:
o Sales processes and deals
o Technology and development projects
o Property data and internal operations
· Support general administrative needs as they arise
Compensation
· Full time
· W2 or 1099 option available
· Minimum wage base pay
· Commission (up to 10% of net to company) after earning $1,800 toward base pay)
· Mileage reimbursement when traveling to and from job sites
