We are hiring a high-performing outbound professional to open doors with CFOs, Heads of Tax, Treasury leaders, and other senior finance decision-makers inside large companies.
About the Role
This is a phone-first outbound role focused on setting qualified introductory meetings for our senior advisory team.
You will be calling into sophisticated organizations where access is earned, not given. You will need to navigate gatekeepers, earn credibility quickly, and communicate with senior financial and tax professionals in a polished, concise way.
This is not an entry-level appointment-setting job. It is a performance role for someone who can consistently create opportunities with high-level decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and call target companies daily, with phone outreach as your primary channel
- Navigate gatekeepers and reach senior finance decision-makers, including CFOs, Heads of Tax, Treasurers, Controllers, and VP Finance leaders
- Secure qualified introductory meetings for our senior advisory team
- Communicate credibly with CPAs, tax attorneys, and finance executives
- Maintain daily activity reporting and pipeline visibility
- Take ownership of performance, preparation, and continuous improvement
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent outbound activity with strong call discipline
- Professional, credible conversations with senior financial buyers
- 1–2 qualified meetings set per day, on average
- Reliable follow-through, reporting, and coachability
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in outbound B2B prospecting or meeting-setting
- Experience reaching senior decision-makers, preferably in finance, accounting, tax, treasury, advisory, legal, or professional services
- Strong phone presence: confident, concise, credible under pressure
- Ability to think quickly, handle resistance, and stay composed
- High personal accountability and consistency in a remote environment
- Coachable mindset and willingness to rehearse and refine your approach
Preferred Background
- Enterprise SDR / BDR experience
- Business development in financial services, tax, accounting, consulting, legal, or adjacent markets
- Experience booking meetings with CFOs, Controllers, Heads of Finance, Tax, Treasury, or similar C-suite executives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Verifiable track record in outbound B2B sales, prospecting, or call setting
- Ability to work remotely with structure, discipline, and daily accountability
Compensation
- Base salary: $80,000
- Significant performance upside; top performers may earn $200,000+
- Fully remote
