Our Fitness client is seeking a Junior Marketing Project Coordinator to work with their team for an upcoming project launch. Hours will vary they are targeting 10-20 hours/week for the next 3 months. Fully remote work is acceptable but PST or MST would be preferred.
As part of this "lifecycle" marketing, the Junior Project Coordinator will help manage production timelines for go-to-market materials, such as packaging, user manuals, in-box artwork, sales materials, and marketing assets. As part of the product go-to-market strategy, additional event management may be required. For now, the focus will be on lifecycle marketing timeline management.
MUST HAVE:
-3+ years of experience in product marketing, experiential marketing, or marketing project management
-Passion and/or experience for fitness, nutrition and sports
-Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through execution
-Experience working closely with creative teams and managing production briefs
-Proficiency using Asana
-Must have own computer and programs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Lead planning and execution of assigned marketing projects
-Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communication
-Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product marketing) and external partners
-Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
