Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to grow our presence across both team sales and corporate/commercial markets.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and creating long-term customers.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and build relationships with:
- Athletic Directors & Coaches
- Booster Clubs & PTOs
- Club sports organizations
- Local businesses, corporate teams, and commercial clients
- Generate new business for:
- Team uniforms & spirit wear
- Fundraising apparel programs
- Corporate apparel, employee gear, and promotional products
- Present YB Custom’s online store solutions
- Manage accounts from first contact through order completion
- Build long-term partnerships that lead to repeat business
