NKE Safety Apparel, a leading provider of Fire Retardant (FR) apparel, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts across Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana. This role focuses on expanding our presence in a high-potential market and building strong relationships with industrial buyers, distributors, and safety professionals.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute Regional Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement a sales plan tailored to the Rocky Mountain Region, with a focus on FR apparel.
- Set and meet regional sales goals aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategy as needed.
2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships
- Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and end users.
- Offer customized safety apparel solutions based on client needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
3. Drive Market Growth
- Identify new business opportunities across industries such as oil & gas and electrical utilities.
- Expand NKE’s distribution network and market share in Rocky Mountain Region.
- Collaborate with team to support order fulfillment and customer service.
4. Represent NKE in the Field
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Present NKE’s product offerings and capabilities to prospective clients.
- Build local market knowledge and industry connections.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling FR apparel.
- Strong track record and connections in distributor sales.
- Knowledge of the Rocky Mountain market and industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proactive in maintaining regular communication with clients and willing to travel frequently to meet customers face-to-face.
- Willingness to travel throughout the state.
- Preferred-strong experience in Private Label programs.
- Preferred-based in Denver region
