The Role
Are you an organized go-getter with a passion for music, social media, and gaming? We are
looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our growing Music & Multimedia
Departments. This is a part-time position, and we are open to remote work (must be able to work during Central Time business hours.)
What You’ll Do
- Keep Us Organized: Manage department emails, schedules, and file organization to
- ensure the music & media team runs smoothly.
- Project Traffic Control: Assist in coordinating music deliverables for both regular
- YouTube episodes and special standalone music projects. You may also assist in
- coordinating other media projects at Shiloh & Bros
- Talent Scouting: Research and help identify vocalists, musicians, and collaborators for
- upcoming projects.
- Research: Dig into music trends, sound libraries, and copyright info to support the
- creative process.
- Serve asGatekeeper for Executive by screening, prioritizing, and escalating requests
- and inquiries
- Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in performing the above
