Facet Filtration is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and assist with administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination
• Schedule and organize internal and external meetings
• Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
• Maintain and organize confidential files and records
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when needed
• Assist with project tracking and administrative support
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners
• Support daily operational and administrative activities
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
