- Job Title: Administrative Assistant
- Location: Kansas City, KS 66160
- Schedule: Hybrid (position is mostly remote, but the candidate does need to reside in the Kansas City metro to come onsite for quarterly meetings)
- Vacancy Type: FTC – 3 months with possibility of extension.
- Shift: M – F | 9 AM – 5 PM
- Pay Rate: $21.29 per hour without benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Pre-employment Screening: Coordinate and process background checks and medical screenings.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the post-offer phase.
- Ensure all new hire credentials and documentation are completed one week prior to start dates.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administrative or clerical roles.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
