Administrative Operations Coordinator

Chaston Associates is a commercial loan review and credit risk consulting firm serving banks and credit unions. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to support firm-wide workflow control, report quality assurance, and internal compliance.
This is not a traditional administrative assistant role. The position operates at the intersection of quality control, operational oversight, and documentation management, reporting directly to the Executive Vice President.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative quality review of client-facing reports (formatting, grammar, numerical integrity)
- Maintain real-time Work-In-Process (WIP) tracking across engagements
- Manage report finalization and PDF compilation
- Oversee project archiving and documentation control
- Maintain personnel records and policy acknowledgments
- Monitor compliance with internal deadlines and escalate as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years in administrative, operations, compliance, or professional services support
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong proofreading and formatting skills
- Comfort working with financial reports and numerical data
- High level of professionalism and discretion
Experience in banking, consulting, legal, or accounting environments preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 – $90,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
