Role Overview:
As our
Creative Strategist, you will be the driving force behind the i
deation, strategy, and optimization of paid media creatives across platforms (
Facebook, Instagram). You'll collaborate closely with d
esigners, video editors, copywriters, and media buyers to turn insights into
creative concepts that drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and brand affinity.
This role requires both
creative vision and a data-driven mindset, ensuring that every piece of
content is optimized for performance while staying true to our brand's
premium aesthetic.
💻 What We Want You To Do
- Creative Ideation & Strategy: Develop engaging, conversion-focused ad concepts tailored to a 45+ demographic
- Collaboration: Partner with video editors, designers, and marketers to bring creative ideas to life
- Audience & Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitor campaigns, and consumer insights to stay ahead of the curve
- Performance Optimization: Analyze ad performance, extract learnings, and apply data-driven insights to improve creative outputs
- A/B Testing: Conduct systematic creative testing (copy, visuals, formats) to identify high-performing assets
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creatives align with our premium, vintage-inspired aesthetic while clearly communicating product value
Requirements
🤝 You're Perfect If You Have/Are...
- Experience: 2+ years in a creative strategy role within e-commerce, DTC brands, or with campaigns targeting 45+ audiences
- Ad Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram ad best practices; familiarity with other platforms a plus
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled in interpreting ad performance data and applying insights to optimize creative assets
- Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that emotionally resonate with older audiences
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, editors, and marketers
