About the Role
Brighter Path Financial Group is a growing insurance agency and is seeking an experienced Team Leader to help rapidly build and lead a high-performing remote telesales team.
This role is ideal for a proven Final Expense sales leader, manager, or trainer who has successfully led agents in the past. Agents will be taking in-bound calls that are free to the agent.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and lead Final Expense sales agents under Brighter Path
- Coach agents through live call reviews, roleplays, and performance feedback
- Support agent onboarding, early production ramp, and performance tracking
- Help implement sales processes, scripts, KPIs, and training standards
- Maintain strong focus on compliance, quality, and client experience
- Collaborate with ownership on growth strategy and team structure
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of Final Expense sales leadership, management, or training experience (Required)
- Prior experience leading or managing phone-based Final Expense sales teams
- Existing relationships with agents who may voluntarily choose to join you
- Strong understanding of Final Expense compliance and regulated sales environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and lead a team
All agent onboarding is subject to standard carrier contracting, release, and compliance requirements.

Benefits:
Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
