Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide specialized support to a leader who is blind. This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with visual interpretation services, requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with complex business applications and data visualization tools. The position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing specialized skills in accessibility support and executive assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time visual interpretation of complex data dashboards, presentations, and visual content.
- Describe charts, graphs, infographics, and visual elements in presentations with precision and clarity.
- Interpret Tableau dashboards, translating visual data into comprehensive verbal descriptions.
- Prepare, edit, and format executive-level presentations with detailed accessibility considerations.
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure accessibility accommodations are in place.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and executive communications.
- Navigate and interpret Salesforce CRM data, creating contacts, opportunities, and quotes.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research and relationship mapping.
- Extract and interpret data from ZoomInfo for prospect research.
- Manage Slack communications and channel coordination.
- Provide technical support and accessibility guidance for various software platforms.
Qualifications:- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Tableau, Slack, and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong computer navigation and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with accessibility tools and alternative format creation.
- Exceptional ability to describe visual content clearly and concisely.
- Experience interpreting data visualizations, charts, and complex graphics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience supporting executives or senior leadership preferred.
- Background in accessibility services or disability support is a plus.

Pay Range: $25- $30 per hour
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
