About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help shape and communicate the story behind innovative AI-powered employee experience solutions. In this role, you will translate complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with executives, enterprise customers, and internal stakeholders.
You will partner closely with product, sales, and customer success leaders to develop impactful messaging, executive presentations, and product demonstrations that highlight how AI and human collaboration can transform employee engagement and productivity.
This is a highly visible role where your work will directly support customer conversations, leadership briefings, and strategic product launches.
What You’ll Do
Craft Strategic Product Messaging
- Develop clear, compelling messaging that communicates the value of AI-driven employee experience solutions
- Translate complex product capabilities into business outcomes for enterprise customers
- Tailor narratives for different audiences including C-suite leaders, HR executives, and operational teams
Create Executive-Level Presentations
- Design high-impact presentations and storytelling materials for customer meetings and leadership engagements
- Develop content using Google Slides to support executive briefings and strategic initiatives
- Ensure consistency and clarity across all marketing and presentation materials
Develop Product Demonstrations
- Create engaging product demos and demo scripts that clearly showcase solution value
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure demonstrations accurately represent capabilities
- Continuously refine demos based on customer feedback and evolving product features
Support Go-to-Market Initiatives
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new product launches and internal initiatives
- Partner with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to align messaging and positioning
- Ensure readiness of presentations, demo assets, and launch materials
Enable Customer Engagement
- Support executive briefings, customer meetings, and industry engagements
- Deliver compelling product narratives that inspire customers to rethink their employee experience strategies
- Capture insights from customer interactions to strengthen product messaging
What a Typical Day May Include
While no two days are identical, you may spend time:
- Participating in cross-functional strategy and planning meetings
- Developing executive presentations or customer storytelling materials
- Preparing briefing content for leadership engagements
- Writing demo scripts and building product demonstrations
- Collaborating with sales and product teams on customer messaging
- Creating marketing content for internal product launches
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, communications, or related roles
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS or technology products
- Demonstrated success creating executive-level presentations and strategic messaging
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, compelling ways
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
