Marketing Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a marketing specialist with 2 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for a retail organization in Florida. This role is 100% remote EST. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Translate go‑to‑market strategies into measurable programs, ensuring campaigns and activations are executed on time and with precision.
- Assist in building communication plan including determining messages, cadence, timing and segments.
- Manage and submit creative briefs for daily communications across multiple channels, including email, SMS, in‑store screens, website banners, video, and customer‑facing POS screens.
- Review and approve all creative within the creative iterative process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
- Proficient in Project Management tools such as Monday.com or related software.
- Experience writing creative briefs with the intention of translating business objectives into creative assets.
- Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate comprehensive marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of tasks and business partners.
Experience:
- 2+ years of working experience in marketing and/or marketing space
Employment Type: 3-4 month contract
Compensation: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
