Overview:
• Manage business relationships with various companies/enterprises and provide transportation
solutions for their supply chain and logistics department’s needs.
• Learn how to properly quote domestic LTL, Truckload, Rail, Air Freight and International Modes
of Transportation.
Employee Expectations:
• Grow and ‘Book-Of-Business’ through inside or outside sales techniques such as Cold Calling or
In-Person introductions.
• Coordinate the pickup/delivery of shipments using Transportation Management System
software provided.
• Maintain monthly revenue goals. Details to be provided.
Prerequisites & Requirements:
• Motivated and reliable individuals.
• Must have a Supply Chain and Logistics Technology Degree or in pursuit of.
Where Do You Find Customers?
• Customers will not be provided at time of hire. You will need to use sales strategies such as cold
calls, social media, face to face interactions, etc...
• Also, there is a ‘Lead Viewport’ built in the TMS software which is provided upon time of hire to
further assist with sourcing potential customers.
Hours & Location:
• Fulltime position Monday through Friday.
• Where: Remote and In-Person Combination.
Income:
• Salary + Commission Based
