Startupr is a B2B pipeline partner generating qualified meetings for clients through cold-call-led outbound, supported by email, LinkedIn, and data automation.
The outbound infrastructure exists. Pipeline is already moving.
Current state:
• $110K+ qualified pipeline in motion
• Email outbound team active
• Cold calling vertical needs strong leadership
What's missing is the person who turns cold calling from an activity into a system - with a playbook, a scoreboard, coached reps, and predictable weekly meeting output.
This is a founding leadership role.
You will not inherit a polished machine.
You will build and run the system that becomes one.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
You own the SDR cold-calling engine end-to-end.
Calling Playbook
→ Build and refine openers, talk tracks, objection handling, and discovery flow
→ Continuously improve connect → meeting conversion
Execution Cadence
→ Run call blocks and live coaching
→ Implement call reviews and QA scorecards
→ Set performance standards for daily execution
SDR Management
→ Manage SDRs running cold-call-led outreach
→ Run standups, 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching
→ Hire and onboard additional SDRs as we scale
Outbound Strategy
→ Help refine ICP targeting and qualification standards
→ Translate call feedback into messaging and targeting improvements
Nice-to-have:
→ Ability to support closing conversations when needed to improve handoff quality
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 7 days - Audit current scripts, lists, and call quality. Launch a scoreboard, QA rubric, and coaching cadence.
By 14 days - Calling playbook consistently executed. Connect-to-meeting conversion improving.
By 30–60 days - Predictable weekly meeting output. SDR performance standards clearly defined and enforced.
WHO YOU ARE
You have personally done serious North America cold calling - not just managed it from a dashboard.
You are comfortable leading SDRs through live coaching, call reviews, and performance accountability.
You understand the mechanics of outbound: dials → connects → meetings → shows → qualified opportunities.
You are comfortable building systems in an early-stage environment where structure is still being created.
Nice-to-haves:
→ Experience in services, agency, or lead generation sales
→ Ability to step into closing conversations when needed
COMPENSATION
This is a founding-level role structured like an early-stage opportunity.
→ Meaningful founding-level equity grant from day one, with standard vesting
→ Performance pay tied to pipeline creation and revenue outcomes
→ Clear path to base salary as revenue milestones are reached (target: ~3–4 months)
→ Initial commitment: approximately 30 hours per week
