We are growing and looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new pipeline and open doors with General Contractors and subcontractors across the U.S.
Role Overview
The SDR is responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the Account Executive team. This is a performance-driven role focused on creating sales opportunities — not just activity.
If you’re comfortable on the phone, resilient in the face of rejection, and motivated by results, this role offers strong growth potential into a closing role.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect construction companies (GCs, subs, developers) via:
- Cold calling
- Cold email
- LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Book qualified discovery calls and demos
- Research accounts and identify decision-makers (Owners, Estimators, Precon Managers)
- Maintain clean CRM data
- Hit daily and weekly outreach targets
- Consistently generate qualified pipeline
Who You Are
- 1+ year in sales, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing role (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable making 75–100+ outbound calls per day
- Clear communicator with strong phone presence
- Highly organized and disciplined
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Gritty — you don’t get discouraged easily
- Bonus: Experience selling into construction, SaaS, or B2B tech
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently hitting meeting quotas
- Building a healthy pipeline for closers
- Understanding the construction sales cycle
- Promotable to Account Executive within 12–18 months
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 (based on experience)
- Commission: Performance-based (OTE $75,000–$95,000)
- Clear path to six-figure earnings as a closer
