Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2–6 years of experience to join a premier plaintiff-side wage & hour litigation team in Century City.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop deep expertise in California wage and hour law while exploring emerging claims, novel legal theories, and complex class and representative actions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and eager to take on meaningful responsibility in high-stakes litigation.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence
- Appear at court hearings and case management conferences
- Assist with case strategy, investigation, and litigation development
Qualifications
- 2–6 years of litigation experience (employment law preferred but not required)
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and exercise sound professional judgment
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
