Guidepost ABA is a new and ambitious ABA therapy provider based in Dallas, TX. We deliver high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across the metroplex. As a startup, we are building our clinical systems, vision, and culture from the ground up — and we’re looking for an eager BCBA who wants to grow with us.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and visionary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to play a key role in establishing and shaping our clinical program. This is an ideal position for someone who wants more than a traditional BCBA job — someone who wants to help build a clinic, develop systems, and eventually move into leadership.
This role begins as hourly remote with a clear path toward Clinical Director as our caseload expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBTs and behavior technicians
- Assist with credentialing, payer enrollment, policy development, and documentation systems
- Help build clinic protocols, onboarding processes, and clinical workflows
- Participate in hiring, training, and quality assurance as the company grows
- Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in compliance with BACB and insurance standards
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and community professionals
- Support the development of a strong clinical culture and long-term program vision
- Lead or assist with parent training and caregiver education
- Opportunity to help shape clinic-wide curriculum, intake processes, and supervision frameworks
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong clinical judgment and experience creating behavior intervention plans
- Experience as a clinical director is preferred
- Interest in startup environments — flexible, solutions-oriented, and comfortable building systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the overall program vision
- Leadership potential and willingness to grow into a Clinical Director role
Schedule & Compensation
- Hourly position to start; competitive rates based on experience
- Remote role
