Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant supports the Legal team, with a primary focus on the Contracts function. This role provides administrative and project support related to the transition from a SharePoint-based filing system to a digital Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, ensuring accurate data migration, system functionality, and effective stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support the migration of contract data from SharePoint to a new CLM system.
- Transfer legacy data, identify migration issues, and coordinate with the CLM team to resolve them.
- Collaborate with Legal team members to ensure complete and accurate document transfer while minimizing rework.
- Track, monitor, and report on migration progress.
- Assist lawyers and contract team members with day-to-day use of the CLM system.
- Engage stakeholders to clarify next steps and drive action items to completion.
- Provide administrative and project support to ensure optimal functionality of the new CLM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint/Teams.
- Legal industry experience (law firm or corporate legal/contract environment).
- Healthcare industry experience.
