Executive Assistant to Founder-Level Executive (Part-Time, Remote)
Growing multi-location healthcare company seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support a senior executive working closely with a founder.
This role combines executive support with reporting and data coordination. We are looking for someone who has previously supported a founder, CEO, or COO in a fast-paced environment.
20–25 hours per week. Remote.
Responsibilities
- Manage and protect executive calendar
- Triage email and draft responses
- Track meeting action items and follow-ups
- Pull and organize marketing/performance reports
- Maintain ROI and budget tracking spreadsheets
- Prepare concise executive summaries
You will organize and structure information so leadership can make decisions. You will not be responsible for setting strategy.
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting a founder or senior executive
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Clear, concise written communication
- Professional, discreet, and dependable
Compensation
$25–$40/hour depending on experience.
