- Manage all accounts payable functions and ensure the timely settlement of recurring obligations.
- Monitor and execute capital calls while tracking investment distributions across various portfolios.
- Perform comprehensive monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure total accuracy.
- Utilize accounting software to modernize financial records and transition historical data into streamlined digital systems.
- Act as a primary point of contact for banking relationships and cash flow monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in bookkeeping specifically within a family office or for high-net-worth individuals.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of legal entities with varying structures.
- Exceptional trustworthiness and a track record of handling sensitive financial access with integrity.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and a desire to implement organized, modern accounting processes.
