KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing financial advisory firm to identify a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a newly created, fully remote position supporting a client portfolio. The organization provides bookkeeping, tax, and fractional CFO advisory services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper who thrives in a client-facing environment and is comfortable managing complex reconciliations within accrual-based, inventory-driven businesses. Responsibilities

Manage select client accounts, ensuring books are accurate and up to date
Perform full month-end close process
Handle complex account reconciliations and problem-solving initiatives
Maintain and optimize client files within QuickBooks Online
Support accrual-based accounting, including cost and inventory-related transactions
Communicate directly with clients regarding financial reporting and bookkeeping matters

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
Demonstrated experience completing full month-end close
Strong knowledge of accrual-based accounting principles
Experience with account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Excellent communication skills for client interaction
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client engagements

Compensation: $30-$40/hr DOE
