About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and trusted Executive Assistant to serve as a force multiplier to the CEO, while providing structured support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, to ensure the efficient operation of their professional and personal life. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing priorities, protecting focus, driving executive cadence and ensuring alignment across leadership.
This position requires exceptional judgement, discretion, executive presence and the ability to operate confidently in high-visibility and high-trust environments. You will play a critical role in increasing executive effectiveness and organizational clarity.
What You’ll Do
Executive Partnership
- Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar to ensure time aligns with strategic priorities
- Manage and triage inbox communications; draft polished, well-thought-out emails on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and context for key meetings
- Act as a gatekeeper while maintaining warmth and accessibility
Meeting & Follow-Through Excellence
- Capture clear, structured, and actionable notes in high-impact meetings
- Track action items and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure execution
- Support leadership cadence (ELT meetings, offsites, board prep, etc.)
Event & Travel Orchestration
- Plan and execute high-quality events, offsites, and executive gatherings with precision
- Coordinate all travel logistics and produce seamless, detailed itineraries
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively solve before they arise
Operations & Personal Support
- Take ownership of administrative details that slow executive momentum
- Support select personal logistics with professionalism and discretion
- Help the CEO continuously prioritize time and energy for maximum impact
Executive Leadership Team Support
- Provide structured support to the ELT members
- Help drive alignment and communication across leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience supporting a senior executive (CEO experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and high-volume inboxes
- Strong executive writing skills
- Experience planning executive events or offsites
- Exceptional follow-through and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working flexible hours when necessary
- Located in the East Coast time zone
- Willingness to travel occasionally

- Full-Time (40 hours per week)
