We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and office support to our department and management team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers.
- Manage and organize files, documents, and records efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
