TS World Manufacturer Gloves LLC is a growing manufacturer and supplier of high-quality gloves, serving businesses across multiple industries. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative and operational functions. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the operations and management teams
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and internal reports
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments as needed
- Support inventory tracking, shipping coordination, and follow-ups
- Handle email correspondence and respond to internal operational requests
- Assist with process documentation and workflow improvements
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in operations support, administrative support, or a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets required)
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating via email, chat, and video calls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
