- Provide administrative support to the investment team including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing and maintaining databases, filing systems, and office supplies inventory.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences to ensure smooth operations and optimal engagement.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining necessary HR documentation and records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of professional administrative experience, preferably in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
