Managing and acting as a gatekeeper for the CS and P&E executives including daily calendars - solving complex scheduling situations in an efficient and collaborative manner
Providing strategic executive support for the CS and P&E executives including travel arrangements, expense reports, documentation management, and other requests as needed
Executing meetings for the CS and P&E executives including location sourcing, agenda and content planning, taking meeting minutes, following up on action items, etc.
Communicating on behalf of the CS and P&E Executive Leadership team both internally and externally including customers and employees
Executing special projects by partnering with cross-functional teams and and EBP's while managing deadline pressures and communicating proactive updates
Building and streamlining Administrative processes that impact the company globally
Determining levels of urgency of incoming issues and the appropriate course of action in collaboration with other EBP's and team
Building strong relationships with the CS and P&E Executive Leadership team and departments to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence within the organization
For California applicants, the hourly base pay for this role may range between $60 - $80 per hour.
