About The Role
Custom Print Graphics is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Invoicing Assistant to work directly with our Finance Manager supporting invoicing, order review, and administrative workflows. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Create and review invoices from completed orders
- Verify pricing, quantities, and purchase order details
- Assist with billing workflows in Printavo and QuickBooks Online
- Flag discrepancies or missing information before invoices are sent
- Maintain organized digital records and assist with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable following structured processes while spotting issues proactively
- Organized, reliable, and solution-focused mindset
- Prior invoicing, admin, or bookkeeping experience preferred
- QuickBooks Online or production/order software experience is a plus
Compensation
Starting at $15.00 per hour, based on experience.
