Project Overview
The Family Business Consulting Group is seeking a meticulous
Contract Data Entry Clerk for a specific, short-term data entry project (approx. 15-30 hours a week). This is a 100% remote, temporary, project-based opportunity offering full schedule autonomy, ideal for students or those seeking non-traditional hours, provided weekly milestones are met. The primary focus of this project is the accurate entry and verification of information within our cloud-based systems.
Key tasks include:
- Entering and updating records within Salesforce and Google Drive.
- Verifying data integrity by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
- Sorting and organizing digital documents and files.
- Maintaining strict professional confidentiality regarding all client and company information.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- We need a self-starter who can complete this project with minimal supervision and high precision.
- 3+ years of related experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace is highly preferred.
- Ability to maintain 100% accuracy during repetitive tasks.
- Clear, professional communication skills for project updates.
ROLE AND TERM DETAILS
- Rate: $20.00 per hour
- Type: Short-term Contractor (1099)
