About The Role

Custom Print Graphics is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Invoicing Assistant to work directly with our Finance Manager supporting invoicing, order review, and administrative workflows. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Create and review invoices from completed orders
Verify pricing, quantities, and purchase order details
Assist with billing workflows in Printavo and QuickBooks Online
Flag discrepancies or missing information before invoices are sent
Maintain organized digital records and assist with administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Comfortable following structured processes while spotting issues proactively
Organized, reliable, and solution-focused mindset
Prior invoicing, admin, or bookkeeping experience preferred
QuickBooks Online or production/order software experience is a plus

Compensation

Starting at $15.00 per hour, based on experience.
